Project Consulting & Support

Your project is in great hands!

Our team of design consultants is always ready to assist you and ensure your project goes smoothly.

  • We may ask you questions about your interests to lend a hand in brainstorming your idea.
  • We will also ask questions about spaces in your home that you want to work on to get an understanding of possible patterns, colors, and tile sizes to use.
  • If you have a design already in mind, we would love to hear it and see what inspired you! At the end of your project, if you agree, we like to have pictures of how it turned out!

Getting started with a project consultant:

Use the form below to contact our project support team with a brief description of your project and a convenient time to arrange a consultation. We will get back to you soon to confirm and schedule your session. We are looking forward to working with you.

All of our project consultants are experienced in tile applications and many are professional designers themselves and proficient in the use of 3D visualization tools to demonstrate the tile layout details required to solve special conditions unique to your project.

There is no charge for the first consultation session. Additional sessions or project design services can be discussed at that time. Our goal to ensure that you feel totally prepared when tile installation begins and thoroughly satisfied with the final outcome.

We normally schedule our consultation appointments between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST and a normal session should last around 45 minutes.

A typical bath project may involve mosaic floors, wainscot walls, tub surrounds, shower enclosures and many transitions. What could be a daunting design task becomes a revelation as we guide you through design options to restore the craftsmanship and original character to your period home.

Please share any available project plans, images of the space and other details that would be useful to prepare for our consultation. Plan and image files can be attached to the project form or sent directly to
